Perma Cal Industries, Inc fills a unique niche in the pressure measurement market by providing a direct drive, pressure sensing elastic element in its gauge. Due to the absence of the standard gears and linkages found in most gauges, Perma Cal gauges stay accurate and last substantially longer than conventional designs. Their high quality test gauges are used in applications with high vibrations and pulsations and reduces the effect of shock and wear.
Perma Cal has custom made gauges that will meet the regulation requirements for military and aircraft specifications. These custom made gauges are so extreme and tough that they will sustain extreme temperatures ranging from -65°F to450°F, maintain accuracy for pulsations up to 100 G’s shock and 150% or higher over pressure. They also have a life of up to 1,000,000 cycles or more without requiring calibration or maintenance.
